ناشط ومسيحين يواجهون تهماً تصل عقوبتها الى الاعدام.
بدأت أمس بالخرطوم محاكمة الاربعة وهم معتقلين منذ مايو وديسمبر 2015 ، تحت تهم تصل عقوبتها الى الاعدام.

والاربعة هم : القس / حسن عبدالرحيم كودى (49 عاماً) – سكرتير عام كنيسة المسيح بالسودان ، اعتقل 18 ديسمبر 2015 وحقق معه جهاز الأمن حول حضوره مؤتمرا مسيحيا باديس ابابا ، والقس / كوة شمال – رئيس ارسالية كنيسة المسيح ، اعتقل فى ديسمبر ، والناشط عبد المنعم عبدالمولى ، اعتقل منذ مايو 2015 ، اضافة الى القس بيتر جاكس الذى يحمل الجنسية التشيكية واعتقل فى اكتوبر 2015 بعد ايام من دخوله البلاد .

ويواجه الاربعة تهم اثارة الحرب ضد الدولة والدعوة الى تغيير النظام بالعنف والتجسس ، التى تصل عقوبتها القصوى الى الاعدام ، اضافة الى تهم اثارة الكراهية ونشر مواد كاذبة ، ضمن تهم أخرى.

Four face the death penalty, an activist, two pastors and a foreigner

On the 21st of August 2016, the trial of four defendants began in a Khartoum courthouse. The four defendants were arrested in mid to late 2015, respectively, and they face capital charges.

Pastor Hassan Abdel-Rahim Kodi, 49 years, the general secretary of the Christ church in Sudan was arrested on the 18th of December 2015 and was interrogated on attending a conference on Christianity in Addis Ababa and Pastor Kowa Shamel, the head of the Christ church who was also arrested in December 2015. The other two are Abdelmoniem Abdel-Mowla , arrested in May 2015 and Pastpr Peter Jesta who is a Czech national and was arrested in October 2015 days after entering the country. The four of them face capital charges such as Article 51 : waging war against the state and Article 53: Espionage as well as other charges including Article 63: calls to change the regime by force or criminal power, Article 64: instigating hatred among sects or between them and Article 66: spreading false information among other charger
