هروب (2) من المحكومين بقطع الأيدي والأرجل من سجن كوبر بنيالا

‎تمكن أثنين من المحكومين بقطع الأيدي والأرجل من خلاف - من الهروب من سجن كوبر بمدينة نيالا والذي يعتبر أكبر سجن بولاية جنوب دارفور وذلك في الساعات الاولى من صباح (الثلاثاء) الماضي بعد ان كسروا

أبواب السجن الذي يقع وسط المدينة .

‎وكانت محكمة برئاسة القاضي محمد معتز أدانت المحكومين في أغسطس الماضي بعد قيامهما بنهب وخطف عربات تتبع لبعثة الاتحاد الافريقي (اليوناميد) تحت تهديد السلاح بقرية الدمة بالقرب من مدينة نيالا في يونيو الماضي.
‎حيث حكمت عليهما بقطع الأيدي والأرجل والغرامة مبلغ 217 الف دولار بعد ان وجهت لهما تهم الحرابة والسرقة.
‎وأبلغت مصادر مطلعة أمس ان المحكومين تمكنوا من كسر أبواب السجن الذي يخضع لحراسة مشددة وتسلقوا أسوار السجن دون ان يتم القبض عليهما من قبل حراس السجن .
‎وعلي الرغم من مرور أكثر من خمسة أيام من الهروب إلا أن الاجهزة الأمنية وحكومة الولاية لم تعلن عن الواقعة ولازالت تحيط الامر بالسرية والكتمان.

Two sentenced to Cross-Cutting (Hudud) escape from Kober prison in Nyala

Two sentenced to Hudud (amputation of an arm and a leg) escaped from Kober Prison in downtown Nyala city which is considered the largest prison in South Darfur state about ten days ago after they broke the doors of their cell.
A court led by a judge named Mohamed Moataz sentenced the two men to cross-cutting according to Hudud in the Shari’a law, last August, after convicting them of kidnapping two vehicles belonging to the UN mission in Darfur (UNAMID) at gunpoint in Al-Dama village near Nyala city last June.
The court sentenced them to have the right hand and the left leg amputated and pay a fine equivalent to 217,000 dollars after they were convicted with theft and banditry.
A high-ranking source said that the two men were able to break out of their cells inside this high-security prison and to climb the fence to escape without getting noticed by the prison guards.
After more than a week, the security officers and the government of the state has yet to announce this incident and continues to be very secretive about it.
