مليشيا تختطف رجل أعمال شهير في نيالا

اختطفت مليشيا مسلحة ظهر الجمعة الموافق 9/يونيو 2017 رجل الأعمال (عبد السلام أحمد علي موسي) من داخل وكالته التجارية بحي المصانع في مدينة نيالا شمال. وأفاد شهود عيان أن عبد السلام يعمل بسوق نيالا الكبير ويدير مصانع لإنتاج الزيوت، فضلا ًعن امتلاكه مخازن للحبوب والغلال بالسوق الكبير، مشيرين إلى أنه أثناء تواجده بمكان عمله هجمت عليه مليشيا مسلحة كانت على متن سيارة دفع رباعي محمله بالسلاح وعليها أربع أفراد بلباس مدني أجبروا عبد السلام على الركوب معهم في سيارتهم وفروا به إلى جهة غير معلومة. وأضاف شهود العيان أن الجناة كانوا يترصدون عبد السلام لوحده، وانهم أشهروا السلاح في وجه الجميع واكتفوا باقتياده في وجود شقيقه وبعض عماله.
وتستهدف ﻣﻠﻴﺸﻴﺎت، ينتمي أغلبهم إلى قوات ﺣﺮﺱ ﺍﻟﺤﺪﻭﺩ وﺍﻟﺪﻋﻢ ﺍﻟﺴﺮﻳﻊ، الأﻏﻨﻴﺎﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﺣﻴﺚ ﻳﻄﺎﻟﺒﻮﻥ ﺑﻔﺪﻳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺫﻭﻳﻬﻢ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ إﻃﻼﻕ ﺳﺮﺍﺣﻬﻢ وتعتبر هذه الحادثة هي العاشرة بالولاية خلال هذا العام.
وفي 14 يناير الماضي اﺧﺘﻄﻒ ﻣﺴﻠﺤﻮﻥ ﻳﺴﺘﻘﻠﻮﻥ ﻋﺮﺑﺔ لاند كروز رئيس نادي حي الوادي، أﺣﺪ أندية الدوري ﺍﻟﻤﻤﺘﺎﺯ لكرة القدم ﻣﻦ ﺍﻣﺎﻡ ﻣﺴﺠﺪ بقلب اﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ. وفي ذات الشهر أقتاد مسلحون ﺭﺟﻞ أﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﻳﺪﻋﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﻕ يحيى ﺣﻤﺪﻭﻥ، ﻭﺗﻢ إﻃﻼﻕ ﺳﺮﺍﺣﻪ بعد عدة أسابيع عقب ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ ﺍﻗﺎﺭﺑﻪ ﺑﻨﻴﺎﻻ ﺍﻋﺘﺼﺎﻣﺎً ﻣﻔﺘﻮحاً ﺍﻣﺎﻡ ﻣﻨﺰﻟﻪ بحي الامام ﻟﻠﻤﻄﺎﻟﺒﺔ ﺑﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﺴلطات ﻻﻧﻘﺎﺫ إﺑﻨﻬﻢ.
وقال رئيس دائرة نيالا شمال بالبرلمان عمر سليمان قبل عدة شهور ان مسلحين اختطفوا سبع رجال أعمال، وﺗﻢ ﺍﻃﻼﻕ ﺳﺮﺍﺡ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ. وتعيش مدينة نيالا عمليات اختطاف بين الحين والآخر من قبل المليشيات شبه الحكومية التي تبتز الأهالي وتجبرهم علي دفع فدية مقابل إطلاق سراحهم.

Militia Kidnaps a Well-Known Businessman in Nyala

On Friday, June 9, 2017, a militia kidnapped a well-known businessman, Abdelsalam Ahmed Ali Musa, from inside his shop in the Al-Masne neighborhood in the northern part of Nyala city. Eyewitnesses said that Abdelsalam works in the Souq Al-Kabeer in Nyala, runs an oil production factory and also owns warehouses in the market. They said that while he was in his store, armed, plain-clothed militia driving a four by four attacked him and took him to an unknown location. They added that the militiamen made sure to take him alone and threatened his brother and his employees at gunpoint.

Militias, mostly belonging to the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and the border patrol forces, target businessmen and traders in the city and they ask their families for ransom in return for their release. Abdelsalam’s case is the tenth of such incident this year.

On January 14, 2017, armed men driving a land cruiser kidnapped the head of Al-Wadi club, one of the large football clubs in the city, from in front of a mosque in the heart of the city. In the same month, armed men kidnapped a businessman called Al-Sadiq Yehia Hamdoon. He was released a few weeks later after his family organized a sit-in in front of his house in Al-Imam neighborhood calling on the authorities to engage and save their son.

The representative of the North Nyala constituency in the parliament, Omar Suleiman, said a few months ago that militia groups have kidnapped seven businessmen and only three have been released. Nyala continues to operate under conditions where semi-governmental militias kidnap people and their families are extorted for money.
