الأمن يعيد اعتقال ثمانية من طلاب دارفور
أعاد جهاز الأمن إعتقال ثمانية من طلاب دارفور مرة أخرى، في 22/فبراير/2018، بعد إطلاق سراحهم الأسبوع الماضي بالضمانة. وقال عضو هيئة محامي دارفور، عبدو إسحاق عمر "أن الطلاب سبق التحري معهم من قبل نيابة أمن الدولة ومكثوا فيها 23 يوم، وأن وكيل النيابة شطب البلاغ المتعلق بتقويض النظام الدستوري ضدّهم لعدم كفاية الأدلة؛ فيما فتح في مواجهتهم بلاغات تحت المواد (69) ، (77) المتعلقة بالازعاج العام والسلامة العام. وصدق لهم بالضمانة، بعد دفع كفالة مالية قدرها (100.000) جنيه سوداني، إلا أن جهاز الأمن أعاد اعتقالهم مرة أُخرى بعد الافراج عنهم بحجة أن لديه أدلة جديدة ضدهم" .
الطلاب المعتقلين هم(عبدالمالك موسي ابراهيم ،ياسر عبدالله محمد من جامعة أم درمان الأهلية. سالم محمد موسي ،زكريا موسى أبكر والهادي عبدالمؤمن عبدالشافع من جامعة الزعيم الأزهري. بشير يعقوب محمد ، آدم زكريا آدم من جامعة أم درمان الإسلامية. محمد أبكر حسين طالب بجامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجيا)
الجدير بالذكر أن سلطات الأمن اعتقلت الطلاب من المحطة الوسطى بسوق بحري في 13 سبتمبر 2017 بعد تنظيمهم مخاطبة للمواطنين بالسوق. حيث قضوا خمسة أشهر في زنازين أجهزة الأمن . وأفاد ذوى المعتقلين فضلوا عدم الكشف عن هوياتهم بأنهم حرموا من مقابلة أبنائهم رغم تقديمهم لطلبات الزيارة . وأن أبناءهم تعرضوا للتعذيب البدني والنفسي
والمعاملة السيئة أثناء احتجازهم الأول.


The Sudanese Intelligence rearrests eight students from the Darfur region.
The Sudanese National Intelligence Security Services (NISS) rearrested eight students from Darfur on 22nd February, 2018, after releasing them on bail the previous week. Abdu Ishaaq-Omer, a member of the Darfur association of lawyers, said that the students before their release had been interrogated for twenty-three days. And basing on this interrogation, the chief investigators dropped all charges against them due to lack of enough evidence to charge them.
They had previously been detained under the charges of “Planning to overthrow the government in Khartoum”, and the second time around they are being charged basing on Sections 69 and 77 of the 1991 Sudan Penal Code, “Public disturbance and disruption of the peace.” They were released on bail of 100,000 Sudanese Pounds but they were rearrested under the claim that sufficient evidence against them had been found.
The students that were arrested included; Abdul Malik Musa Ibrahim, Yasser Abdullah Muhammed both students of Omdurman State University. Salim Muhammed Musa, Zachariah Musa Abubaker and Alhaadi Abdul-mumin from the University of Al-Zahiim Al-Ath-Hari. Bashir Yaqub Muhammed and Adam Zachariah Adam from Omdurman Islamic University and Muhammed Abubaker Hussein from the Khartoum University of Science and Technology.
These students were also arrested on 13th September, 2017 and detained for five months in the NISS detention center. And it was during this time that they were tortured both physically and mentally by their detention officers. They were also denied visitation from friends and family even when their family members had requested for visitation rights many times, which were also denied. They were being held because they had declared a public manifesto against the government at the local market place in Bahri, a Khartoum suburb.
Their relatives decided to remain anonymous for fear of their own personal safety and that of their families if their identity were to become public knowledge.
