جهاز الأمن بمطار الخرطوم يمنع الدكتور محمد جلال من السفر إلى الإمارات
الجمعة الموافق 9 مارس 2018 اعترض جهاز الأمن بمطار الخرطوم الدكتور محمد جلال هاشم وهو في طريقه الى دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة بعد إكمال إجراءات السفر على متن طيران فلاي دبي. ويقول الدكتور محمد جلال "تم إخطاري بأنني محظور من السفر بموجب توجيهات من جهاز الأمن والمخابرات.وبما أنه ليس هناك وقت كافي لمراجعة الجهات المسئولة بخصوص هذا القرار، خاصةً وأن اليوم وغدا بمثابة عطلة الأسبوع، تكون التذكرة ومعها تأشيرة الدخول قد أصبحتا لاغيتين، ما يعني خسارةً ماديةً كبيرة، وضياع زمن وإلغاء جملة ارتباطات حيث كان من المقرر أن أغادر دولة الإمارات بعد أسبوعين متوجهاً لسلطنة عمان، ومنها العودة للبلاد يوم 6 أبريل 2018م. "

The National Security stops Dr. Muhammad Jalal from traveling to United Arab Emirates on 9th March 2018.
On Friday, 9TH March, 2018 the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) intercepted Dr. Muhammad Jalal on his way to The United Arab Emirates despite him having completed all the steps necessary for to him travel. He was told that he was banned from leaving the country according to the guidelines of the agency and there had been no enough time for them to go back and confirm from their superiors because it was during the weekend. Forcing him to cancel his flight as well as his appointments that were scheduled for the next two weeks, after which he was supposed to have travelled to Oman and return to Sudan by the 6th of April, 2018. This meant a big setback for the Doctor both financially and career wise.
