جنة المعلمين تنظم وقفة احتجاجية والوزير لا توجد أموال بالخزينة.

نظم مئات المعلمين بولاية الخرطوم وقفة احتجاجية ظهر اليوم الخميس الموافق 12 أبريل 2018 . أمام وزارة التربية والتعليم مطالبين فيها الوزارة بسداد استحقاقاتهم المالية . وقالت سكرتارية اللجنة التنفيذية للمعلمين أن المذكرة تحتوي مطالب المعلمين وهي " إلزام الوزارة الجهات المسؤولة بصرف مرتبات المعلمين فوراً ، صرف استحقاقات مراقبة الشهادة السودانية ، صرف المتأخرات ، زيادة المرتبات لتتناسب مع الارتفاع الخيالي للأسعار. وقد تسلم وزيرة التربية والتعليم المذكرة ووعدهم بسداد الاستحقاق خلال ثلاث أيام وقال تعود أسباب التأخير لعدم وجود أموال الخزينة العامة . فيما احطات بالوقفات الاحتجاجية قوات الشرطة وعشرات الدفارات وبكاسي جهاز الأمن أحاطت بالوقفة الاحتجاجية إلا أنها لم تتعرض للمعلمين.

The Sudanese Teachers’ Committee organizes a demonstration

Hundreds of teachers in Khartoum state have organized a demonstration in the afternoon of Thursday the 12th of April 2018 infront of the Ministry of General Education demanding that the ministry pays them delayed salaries. The secretariat of the executive committee said that the teachers have drafted a memorandum with their demands to the ministry: to pay their salaries immediately, pay them for the extra hours they put in during the high school examination period , pay any delayed payments and to also increase their salaries in line with the recent price hikes. The Minister of General Education accepted the memorandum and said that the payments will be completed in three days and added that the public treasury had no funds.
Police forces and security agents surrounded the demonstration , but did not clash with the teachers.
