السلطات السعودية تسلِّم ناشطاً سودانياً لجهاز الأمن السوداني

سلّمت السلطات السعودية الناشط والمدون السوداني هشام علي محمد علي الشهير بود (قلبا) لجهاز الأمن في السودان، دون اكتراث للنداءات والتحذيرات التي أطلقها نُشطاء سودانيون ومنظمات محلية وإقليمية ودولية بعدم تسليمه لحكومة الخرطوم، خشية تصفيته أو تعرضه للتعذيب بواسطة جهاز الأمن. ووصل الناشط هشام علي محمد علي الشهير بود (قلبا) برفقة إثنين من ضباط جهاز الأمن في السودان، في تمام الساعة التاسعة والنصف من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء على متن الرحلة رقم 203 التابعة لشركة تاركو للطيران، ضباط الأمن كانا قد وصلا الى جدة أول أمس لتكملة إجراءات استلامها من السلطات السعودية وترحيله إلى السودان. وأكدت المصادر أن إجراءات دخوله تمت بسرعة شديدة داخل المطار.
وكان هشام قد تعرض للاعتقال بتاريخ 18 نوفمبر 2017 من قبل السلطات السعودية بإيعاز من الأجهزة الأمنية في السفارة السودانية بسبب نشاطه المناهض لحكومة (الإخوان المسلمين ) في السودان، وظل حبيساً في سجن الذهبان الى لحظة ترحيله.
وكانت منظمات حقوقية عديدة قد أرسلت نداءات متكررة إلى السلطات السعودية تطالب بالإفراج عن هشام، أو السماح له بالمغادرة الى أي دولة أخرى يختارها لكن السلطات السعودية لم تستجب لذلك.
يذكر بأن السلطات السعودية سبق أن اعتقلت الأستاذ وليد الحسين المؤسس والمدير الفني لصحيفة "الراكوبة" المعارضة في 13 مارس 2016 وأطلقت سراحه بعد إعتقال دام لمدة 235 يوماً بعد تدخل عدة منظمات حقوقية دولية.
كما قامت السلطات السعودية باعتقال الناشطين السودانيين علاء الدفينة والقاسم محمد سيد أحمد والوليد إمام حسن طه في يوم 27 ديسمبر 2012 وتم ترحيلهم إلى السودان بعد 6 أشهر في الاعتقال بسجن الذهبان وسجن الحائر، وأفرجت عنهم سلطات الأمن السودانية بعد ثلاثة أشهر من وصولهم الى السودان، بعدما فشلت في إثبات أي تهم ضدهم خلافاً لنشاطهم السياسي والذي أقروا به، بل وأكدوا على أنهم يواصلون السير في درب النضال الى حين الاطاحة بهذا النظام المتجبر.
جدير بالذكر أن الاجهزة الأمنية ظلت ترصد نشاطات المعارضين السودانيين في الخارج عن طريق سفارتها وتقوم بتقديم معلومات عنهم لبعض الدول التي يقيمون فيها بغرض تهديدهم ومنع نشاطهم.

The government of Saudi Arabia hands over a human rights activist to the National Security Intelligence

Hashem Ali Muhammad, a known human rights’ activist was handed over to the Sudanese National Security Intelligence by Saudi officials despite the pleas and warnings by human rights’ activists locally, regionally and internationally. They had not wanted him returned because they were certain that he would tortured and murdered during his detention like many others before him.
Hashem had already been apprehended on 18th Novermber,2017 in Saudi Arabia on the request of the Sudanese Security Intelligence and had been held in Al-Zahban Prison. His arrest was because of his negative propaganda against the Government of the Muslim Brotherhood of Sudan.
The human rights’ activists had requested for him be taken to any other country of his choosing except Sudan but the Saudi government did not heed these pleas. This was also the case with Walid Al-Hussein, a former head critic for Al-Rakuba, a local opposition newspaper article who was also arrested by Saudi officials on 13th March,2016 and detained for 235 days but was released after the intervention of International Human Rights’ Organizations.
The Saudi government had also previously apprehended Ala-Aldafinah, Al-Gasim Muhammad Sid-Ahmad and Al-Walid Imam Hassan Taha on 27th December,2012 and were detained at Al-Zahban and Al-Hayir prisons for 6 months. They were then handed over to the custody of the Sudanese government that also had them detained for another 3 months before releasing them.
They were released because the government had found enough evidence to convict them on chargers other than political opposition to which they admitted, and had insisted that they would not be stopped until the ruling government that was making the livelihood of the Sudanese people difficult be removed from power.
