نازحون يفرون من معارك جبل مرة إلى قاعدة (لليوناميد) في (قولو)

لجأ مئات النازحين الفارين من معارك جبل مرة بين القوات الحكومية وقوات من حركة تحرير السودان بقيادة (عبدالواحد محمد نور) بالتجمع خارج قاعدة يوناميد المؤقتة والمنشأة حديثا في محلية قولو بمنطقة جبل مرة بولاية وسط دارفور منذ يومي الجمعة والسبت 15 و 16 يونيو 2018 حيث بدأ حوالي 305 من النازحين من بينهم 200 طفلاً و85 أمرأة بنصب خيامهم المؤقتة". وأفاد عدد من النازحين وقوع معارك عنيفة في عدة مناطق حول جبل مرة، بين القوات الحكومية وحركة تحرير السودان ، نتج عنها نزوح ما لا يقل عن 9 آلاف من المدنيين . وقال أحد مشايخ النازحين إن الفارين اطلعوا بعثة اليوناميد بأنهم فروا من قرى "قبو، قور، لومبنق، كاوارا، صابون الفق، أبولوتو، اوجانقولي، كارا، جاري، بوجو بوجو وويرا" وقال إن الاشتباكات الأخيرة تسببت في تدمير المنازل ومقتل وجُرح وفُقدان في صفوف المدنيين.

One the 15th and 16th June, more than nine thousand civilians fled Jabal Marra and sought refuge at the recently temporarily established UN base in Golo, in central Darfur. 350 of them have already set up their tents around the base, of which 200 were children and 85 women. A number of them said that the conflict that broke out between the Tahrir Al-Sudan Movement led by Abdul-Wahid Muhammad Noor and the government forces was both violent and brutal in several areas around Jabal Marra thus forcing them to flee. The areas where the violence broke out were; Goor, Kawrah, Karra, Abu-Loto, Jarri, Gabbo, Bojjo-Bojjo, Luban and Wairah.
This violence destroyed the homes of the civilians, some of them were injured and others died in the conflict.
