مليشيا مسلحة تعتدي علي 19 مزارع بكتم

أصيب (19 ) شخصا بجراح (8 ) منهم جراحهم خطيرة جراء إطلاق نار عليهم من قبل مليشيا مسلحة ، المزارعين عادوا من المعسكرات الي منطقة توما بمحلية كتم بولاية شمال دارفور يوم الاثنين الموافق 12 يونيو. و قال الطيب كفوت النائب بالبرلمان عن دائرة كتم فتابرنو ، أن حوالي ( 70 ) مسلحا كانوا على متن (3) عربات لاندكروزر بقيادة أحمد الغالي أطلقوا النار علي العائدين طوعا الى قراهم أثناء عمل العائدين بالزراعة بقرية توما، و من ثم انهالوا عليهم ضربا بالعصي و مؤخرات البنادق ما أدى الى جرح (19 ) شخصا . وأوضح أن (8) من المصابين جراحهم خطرة تم نقلهم لمستشفى كتم لتلقي العلاج وهم: الشيخ حنظل تبن ، آدم سليمان عبدالله ، عبدالنعيم محمد سليمان ، يس عبدالله ابكر ، عثمان سليمان عبدالله ، عبدالنبي محمد نورين ، الأمين احمد خاطر ، محمد سليمان عبدالله خطرة. وأوضح النائب البرلمانى أن هذا الحادث هو واحد من سلسلة اعتداءات ارتكبت من قبل متفلتين معروفين لدى السلطات المحلية بقيادة المدعو احمد الغالي و آخرين، على العائدين طوعا بمناطق أبوسكين وتوما وأم كلوة وكريكر ولمينا وردمة وخور سيال وتيناي بمحلية كتم. وطالب السلطات المركزية والولائية أن كانوا جادين في تنفيذ برنامج العودة الطوعية بحسم المتفلتين و تأمين مناطق العودة الطوعية و حماية العائدين اليها بجمع السلاح المنتشر بهذه المناطق، ومحاسبة المسؤولين وانصاف الضحايا وتقديم المعتدين إلى العدالة.
Armed militia attacks 19 farmers

Kutum
Eleven sustained minor injuries while eight others were severely wounded when armed militia opened fire on a group of farmers in the town of Kutum. The victims of this attack had just returned from Toma emigrants’ camp that is in the suburb of Kutum that is located in North Darfur.
Al-Tayib Kafoot, the deputy speaker in parliament said that seventy armed militia men attacked the nineteen victims as they were tending to their fields. They opened fire on the farmers and beat those using canes and the back of their guns thus resulting into the injuries they sustained. They were then rushed to the hospital to receive medical assistance. The ring leader of the militia that led the attack was Ahmad Al-Ghali
The victims were; Sheikh Handal Tibin, Adam Suleiman Abdullah, Abdul-Munim Muhammad Suleiman, Yasin Abdullah Abu-Bakr, Osman Suleiman Abdullah, Abdul-Nabi Muhammad Noorein, Al-Amin Ahmad Khattir, Muhammad Suleiman and Abdullah Khattra.
Kafoot went on to further explain that this recent attack was one of a series of attacks which were caused by known outlaws like Ahmad Al-Ghali and others. Some of the local areas attacked were; Kirr-kerr, Lamenah, Radmah, Khoor Sayal, Um-Kilwa, Abu-Sikin, Tinayee. He then asked the local law enforcement of Kutum that if they were serious about making the locals voluntarily return to their homes, they had to apprehend and put a stop to the criminals operating in the areas through disarmament of the militia, making the criminals face the reparations of their crimes and protecting the returning the emigrants.
