الأمن السوداني يدون لائحة إتهامات في مواجهة شيخ كفيف تصل عقوبتها الإعدام

أحالت نيابة أمن الدولة في يوم الأحد الموافق 24 يونيو 2018 بإيعاز من جهاز الأمن بلاغ المعتقلين آدم هارون عبدالشافع والشيخ مطر يونس إلى محكمة الخرطوم شمال. وقال عبدالباسط الحاج المحامي " أن جهاز الأمن دُون بلاغاً ضد السيد آدم هارون عبدالشافع والشيخ مطر يونس بموجب المادة (50) تقويض النظام الدستوري ،والمادة(51) إثارة الحرب ضد الدولة والمادة (53) التجسس ضد البلاد .وأضاف المحامى الحاج "ان هذه التهم تصل عقوبتها الي حد الإعدام والسجن المؤبد". واعتقل الأمن السوداني ادم هارون من متجره بسوق الجنينة في شهر ديسمبر العام الماضي ، فيما أعتقل الكفيف مطر يونس في أبريل المنصرم بواسطة جهاز الأمن من معسكر الحميدية للنازحين بولاية وسط دارفور بمدينة زالنجي ، وتم ترحيله للخرطوم . و أوضح المحامى “إن توجيه مثل هكذا تهم لمواطنين عزل لا علاقة لهم باي عمل سياسي أو مسلح ضد النظام الحاكم، يؤكد أن القانون يتخذ كمطية لتصفية الحسابات وتخويف المواطنين وارهابهم وممارسة أبشع الانتهاكات ضدهم، والتعسف في سير الإجراءات الجنائية”. كاشفاً بأن جهاز الأمن لم يسمح لا أحد زيارة الشيخ مطر يونس وادم هارون طوال فترة اعتقاله .

A blind sheikh faces accusations that may result into a death sentence

On Sunday, 24th June, the National Security Magistrate Court with the order from the National Security Intelligence Unit, moved the cases of two accused; Adam Haroon and Al-sheikh Matar Yunus to the Court of North Khartoum. They were charged with Article 50 the Constitution that takes about attempts to overthrow the democratically elected government, Article 51 that takes about inciting chaos against the country and Article 53 that takes about spying and treason against the government.
Their lawyer went on to say that such accusations could result into either the death sentence or life imprisonment. Adam Haroon was apprehended from his retail shop in Jinenah Trading Center in December of 2017 and Sheikh Matar Yunus was arrested from Al-Hamidiya in Zalingi Town and were later transported to Khartoum.
He further went on to explain that the government and their various security agencies use the constitution for their own personal vendetta and the accused were not even allowed visits from either friends or family during their time in detention.
