مقتل شاب عائد من (اسرائيل) داخل مباني جهاز الأمن بعد اعتقاله في مطار الخرطوم

لقى طالب لجوء سوداني أجبرته السلطات الإسرائيل للعودة إلى السودان مصرعه أمس الأول (الثلاثاء) الموافق 21 نوفمبر 2016 يعتقد وفاته جراء التعذيب بمباني جهاز الأمن بالخرطوم.
‎وكان الشاب الذي يدعى محمد أحمد محمود أدم وصل الى مطار الخرطوم بحالة جيدة بتاريخ 20 نوفمبر 2018 وتم إقتياده إلى أحد مباني الأمن للتحقيق معه حول قدومه من إسرائيل قبل أن يتم تسليمه إلى أسرته جثة هامدة .
وسلم جهاز الأمن أسرة القتيل الجثة وأبلغهم أن محمد قفز من الطابق الخامس أثناء التحقيق معه ما أدى لموته. وقال عبد العزيز أحمد وهو شقيق الشاب القتيل" أن وفدا من جهاز الأمن وصل من الخرطوم الى منزل القتيل بالجزيرة المدينة عرب أمس الأول الثلاثاء الموافق 21 نوفمبر حوالي الساعة الثامنة صباحا وطلب منهم تسلم الجثمان .
ومن جانبه قال الأستاذ عبد الماجد عبود المحامي والمستشار القانوني إن ملابسات وفاة أحمد ليست طبيعية وتدل على فعل فاعل. وقال " إن أحمد وصل إلى مطار الخرطوم قادما من تل أبيب وفور وصوله نقل إلى مكاتب جهاز الأمن في الصحافة للتحقيق معه. وأوضح أن جهاز الأمن اتصل بعد ساعتين من وصوله لمكاتب الجهاز بأسرته وأبلغها أن ابنها قفز من الطابق الخامس ومات. واضاف المحامي أن الأسرة لاحظت أن جسم أحمد ليس به أي كسور أو جروح ما يدل على أن هناك فعل فاعل في موته. وتساءل المحامي عن إمكانية قفز رجل معتقل من الطابق الخامس أثناء تحقيق مكاتب جهاز الأمن معه في مكان لا يمكن أن يدخله حتى الهواء. وأكد أن المرحوم أحمد لم يعرض على طبيب شرعي ولم يتم تشريح الجثة لتحديد الأسباب ولم تستخرج شهادة وفاة أو دفن.
وحول ما هو مطلوب الآن دعا المحامي عبد الماجد "المنظمات الحقوقية الأخري للتحرك الفوري والقيام بدورها في التقصى للوصول إلى الحقيقة. وأشار إلى أنه وبحسب نص المادة (51) من قانون الإجراءات يجب أن يكون هناك بلاغ مفتوح ووكيل نيابة يمر على تفاصيل المرحوم لكن للاسف لم يحدث أي إجراء بهذا الشكل. يذكر أن المرحوم محمد أحمد أصله من دارفور ولد بالجزيرة 1985، منطقة المدينة عرب غربي ود مدنى وليس له أي إنتماء سياسي حسب مقربين منه في السودان وإسرائيل.

The murder of a Sudanese youth who had just returned from Israel inside the National Security Intelligence Offices

Muhammad Ahmad Mahmood Adam arrived at Khartoum International airport in full health when he was apprehended and taken to the offices of the Security Intelligence for interrogations. He just had been deported from Israel, where had tried to seek asylum and was denied thus he was forcefully sent back to Sudan. Hours after his detention, officers from the National Intelligence called his family and said that he had jumped off the fifth floor of their offices, falling to his death.
Abdul-Aziz, the brother of the deceased reported that a group of National Security Intelligence officers came from Khartoum to their home in Al-Madinah Arab in Wad-Madeni at around 8 in the morning, with the body of the late Muhammad and demanded that they take custody of him.
Another side to this story was reported by, Abdul-Majid Aboot, a lawyer and legal consultant handling this case who said that the circumstances surrounding Muhammad’s death were still unclear. This was because when he returned to Khartoum from Telavi, Israel, he was in full health till he was taken by the National Security Intelligence. And it was just after two hours since his apprehension that the officials reported that he allegedly jumped off their office building thus resulting into his demise.
Although, during the preparations of the body for the burial, there were no obvious broken bones and visible injuries that were usually characterized with a fall from a great height. This therefore prompted his lawyers and family to question the cause of his death; which could have either been the result of him being tortured during his detention or any other thing that he could have endured during his time in the offices of his captors.
Abdu-Majid went on to further comment that; How could he have been able to jump off the building if he was being interrogated? Moreover, the building from which he allegedly jumped was one of the most secure buildings in the country which would have made the task impossible.
Furthermore, the deceased was not issued a death certificate that would have been provided had he been given an autopsy by a coroner and he was also not given a burial certificate by the local officals.
His lawyer also requested the urgent involvement of International Human Rights’ Organizations for a case to be opened so as to investigate the true cause of Muhammad’s death. He also said that according to Article 51 of the Legal Proceedings stated that; In case of any incident, a case should be opened and a statement detailing the event be taken but none of this was done in Muhammad’s case.
Muhammad Ahmad Mahmood Adam was born in 1985 in Al-Madinah Arab, west of Madeni and had no known political affiliation neither in Sudan nor when he was in Israel.
