القتل تحت التعذيب

قتل التاجر، محمد صديق إبراهيم 42 عام تنحدر جذوره من إقليم دارفور منطقة كتم، يسكن ضاحية الحاج يوسف بالخرطوم بحري ويمتهن التجارة؛ أفاد شهود أعيان لل(SuNN) "بأن عناصر من المباحث والأجهزة الأمنية في 11 أكتوبر 2019، اقتادوه من متجره الواقع بسوق (6) بالحاج يوسف حيث طلب منه إغلاقه والذهاب برفقتهم على خلفية الاشتباه فيه باستلام مال مسروق! فذهب معهم إلى قسم شرطة حي الدوحة بأم درمان . يقول شقيقه "عندما علمنا اعتقاله بدأنا البحث عنه فذهبنا الي قسم الشرطة لم يوضحوا لنا إي اتهامات ضده! فهم اعتقلوه دون أمر قبض او بلاغ، منعونا زيارة طوال فترة حبسه (سبعة أيام) دون أسباب، رفض طلبنا بالإفراج عنه بالضمانة " ومضى قائلا,, في قسم الشرطة طوال إعتقاله تعرض لشتى أنواع التعذيب إذ تم ربط أيديه وأرجله وسحله على الأرض وضربه بآلات حادة في جميع أجزاء جسده حتى سبب له ذلك تسمم دموي ففقد الوعي ودخل في إغماء تام، ولم شعروا بالخطر اتصلوا بي لاستلامه والذهاب به إلى المستشفى، ولما ذهبت إليهم وجدته في حالة فقدان وعي تام، رفضت تسلمه أذ كانت علامات التعذيب ظاهرة عليه" بعد ذلك جرى نقله بواسطة سيارة شرطية إلى "مستشفى الشرطة بري" بعد ساعة وبضع دقائق أعلن رسمياً أنه فارق الحياة، وتحت ضغط أهالي القتيل أجبروا الشرطة تحويله لمشرحة مستشفى أم درمان، جرى تشريحه تحت إشراف المدير الطبي، وكانت نتيجة التقرير الطبي أن الوفاة تحت كانت تحت التعذيب
فيما أعلنت هيئة محامي دارفور إن عناصر الشرطة إساءة إستغلال القانون وقبضوا على المواطن/ محمد صديق إبراهيم محمد من متجره دون إجراءات قانونية سليمة وتم تعذيبه لعدة أيام من دون أن يسمح له بمقابلة أسرته أو محاميه حتى أفضى التعذيب إلى إستشهاده.وانهم باشروا الإجراءات القانونية في مواجهة كافة عناصر الشرطة المتورطين وتقديمهم للعدالة الجنائية في العقاب الرادع نيابة عن الأسرة.

Murder under torture

Mohamed Siddiq Ibrahim, 42, hailing from the area of Kutum in Darfur region, was killed. The slain man lived in Haj Yusuf suburb of Khartoum Bahri and worked as trader. Eyewitnesses told SuNN that “on 11 October 2019, detectives and security agents came and asked the trader to close his shop in Suq Sitta (market-6) of Haq Yousuf neighborhood, and to go with them, on suspicion of receiving stolen money. His brother said “when we knew about his detention we began to search for him. We went to the police station but they did not inform us of any charges against him. They arrested Mohamed without an arrest warrant or police report. They refused to allow us to visit him throughout his seven-day detention without giving any reason, and our request to release him on bail was also turned down”. He added “during his presence in police custody he was subjected to all forms of torture, his legs and hands were tied and he was dragged on the ground and beaten with sharp instrument all over his body, causing him blood poison and as a result he became unconscious and was soon in total coma. When they sensed that he was in a critical condition because of torture they contacted me to come and take him to the hospital. When I went I found him in a state of total unconsciousness. I refused to receive him because signs of torture were visible all over his body”. After that he was transported by a police vehicle to “Burri police hospital”. A little more than an hour later he was formally declared dead. Under the pressure of his relatives, the body was transported to Omdurman hospital’s morgue where an autopsy was carried out under the supervision of a medical director, and the result was that he died of torture.
Meanwhile, the Darfur Bar Association announced that the police elements have abused the law by arresting the citizen, Mohamed Siddiq, from his shop without following proper legal procedures, and he was tortured for several days and was denied access to his family or lawyer, consequently died of torture. The Association said legal measures were initiated against all the police elements involved and they would face criminal justice for deterrent punishment on behalf of the family.
