حقوق انسان –اعتقال وتعذيب

قامت الاجهزة الامنية بأعتقال عدد من طلاب جامعة نيالا اثناء حروج الطلاب من ركن نقاش تابع للجبهة الشعبية المتحدة من امام بوابة الجامعة وكان ذلك يوم الاثنين 31/3/2014 الساعة5:30 مساء ومن ضمنهم :مبارك عبدالله محمد 27 سنة /كلية القانون ونوال خليل 23 سنة /كلية التقانة ونور الدين احمد ادم 26 سنة /كلية التربية وميرغني ادم ابراهيم 28 سنة كلية البيطرة وتم اطلاق سراح ثلاث منهم بعد تعزيب شديد في اليوم الاول ولم يطلق سراح نوال خليل وفي اليوم الثاني 1/4/2014 اقامة الطلاب في الجامعة مخاطبة ومناصرة لاطلاق سراح نوال خليل واثناء الخروج من الجامعة تم اعتقال عدد من الطلاب ومنهم :الطيب عبدالله ادم 28 سنة /كلية التربية وحمزة ادم موسى 27 سنة /كلية التربية وعامر ابكر موسى 26 سنة /كلية التربية ومجيب محمد ادم 30 سنة /كلية الاقتصاد واحمد ادم محمد 29 سنة /كلية الاقتصاد ومحمد ادم ابشنب /كلية الاقتصاد وفي يوم الاربعاء 2/4/2014 قام جهاز الامن باعتقال عدد من الطلاب اثناء خروجهم من الجامعة وتعرضوا لتعزيب شديد وهم ابراهيم محمد عبدالله 25 سنة /كلية التقنية وادم عبدالله صديق 30 سنة /كلية تقنية وابو خيرات عبدالله 23 سنة /كلية تقنية واحمد حسين عبدالله 30 سنة /كلية التربية وبابكر محمد عبدالعزيز 27 سنة /كلية تقنية وابراهيم محمد عمر 26 سنة /كلية تقنية حيث الاخير تعرض لتعزيب شديد من خلع اظافر اليد وجروح في الراس وكسر يده الايمن وتم نقله الي مستشفي نيالا لتلقي العلاج

The security forces arrested a number of students from Nyala University on their way out in front of the university gate after attending a Corner discussion of the Popular United group students are :
Abdullah Mohammed 27 years old / College of Law
Nawal Khalil 23 year / College of technology
Noordin Ahmed Adam, 26 years old / College of Education
Mirghani Ibrahim Adam, 28 years old College of Veterinary Medicine
2 of them were released after torturing them on the first day except Nawal Khalil
On 1/4/2014 the university students set up to address and advocate to release Nawal Khalil and during their exit from the university, a number of students have been arrested a and those are :
Eltayeb Abdullah Adam, 28 years old / College of Education
Hamza Adam Musa, 27 years old / College of Education
Amer Abbakar Mousa, 26 years old / College of Education
Mujeeb Mohammed Adam, 30 years old / Faculty of Economics
Ahmed Adam Mohamed 29 years old / Faculty of Economics
Mohamed Adam Abashnb / Faculty of Economics
On Wednesday, 04/02/2014 The security forces arrested a number of students during their exit from the university and had been subjected to severe torture and those are:
Ibrahim Mohammed Abdullah 25 years old / technical College
Adam Abdullah siddeg, 30 years old / technical college
Abu Khairat Abdullah 23 years old / technical college
Ahmed Hussein Abdullah, 30 years old / College of Education
Babiker Mohammed Abdulaziz 27 years old / technical college
Ibrahim Mohammad Omar, 26 years old / technical college who suffered from torture taking of of hands Nails and wounds on his head and breaking his right and left hands he has been transferred to Nyala hospital for treatment.
