إنتهاك حقوق الإنسان-إعتقال نشطاء مدنيين

ولاية جنوب كردفان منطقة ابوجبيهةـ٤أكتوبر٢٠١٤
في أول ايام أعياد الفطر المبارك شهدت مدينة أبوجبيهة مداهمات ليلية، شنها جهاز الأمن على منازل عدد كبير من النشطاء حيث قام باعتقال اكثر من 8 مواطن وتم نقلهم بعربتان لم يتم التعرف علي مكانهم حتي الآن المعتقلين هم :
(1) سراج الدين احمد النعمية "الذي إعُتقل كرهينة لعدم العثور على شقيقة المطلوب للإعتقال الاستاذ "إبراهيم احمد النعيمة"
(2) د. معتز الجيلي بخيت
(3) البصري صالح عمر
(4) محمد مختار
(5) محمد عبد الغفار سعيد
(6) ادم الجراري
(7) الضو كمبال سليمان
على خلفية بعض الكتابات الحائطية علي جدران عدد من المرافق الحكومية بالمحلية قبل يوم من عيد الاضحية كتب عليها الآتي ( أخرجوا ضد حكومة الفساد ، لا لعملاء إسرائيل، لا لحكومة الإرهاب، الدم الدم لكلاب الأمن ، لا لغلاء الأسعار ، لا لنهب المال العام، التحية لشهداء سبتمبر الأماجد) . وفي الوقت الذي تواصل فيه الاجهزة الأمنية معاودة اقتحام منزل "احمد النعمية" للبحث عن الاستاذ "إبراهيم" سمع المواطنين اصوات التعذيب الصادرة من مقر جهاز الأمن القابع بوسط المدينة، مما ادى الى تنظيم اعتصام امام مكاتب جهاز الامن للمطالبة بإلطلاق سراح المعتقلين او تقديمهم لمحاكمات عادلة حيث حمل شباب المنطقة لافتات كتب عليها عبارات تطالب بأطلاق سراح المعتقلين.
وكانت مدينة ابوجبيهة التابعة لولاية جنوب كردفان قد رفضت دخول نائب رئيس الجمهورية "حسبو عبد الرحمن "عبر الكتابات الحائطية التي كانت تٌطالب بحل قوات الدعم السريع غير الرسمية
مما أدى الى زيادة الجرعة الامنية على المنطقة ، وافادت مصادر موثوقة من داخل المدينة عن حالة التضييق القصوى التي ظل يتعرض لها المواطنين خاصة الناشطين منهم .


Arrest of civil activists – Human Rights Violation
South Kordofan State- Abu Jebeha town, 4th October 2014.

On the first day of Eid Aladha, a NISS force launched night raids targeting a number of houses of activists in the town. The raids resulted in the detention of 8 activists who have been taken to unknown place till now. The names of detainees are:
1. Sirajeddin Ahmed Alne’aima-who was taken as a hostage until his WANTED brother Ibrahim Ahmed Alne’aima turns himself in to NISS.
2. Dr. Mutaz Aljaily Bakheet
3. Elbisry Salih Omer
4. Mohamed Mokhtar
5. Mohamed Abdelghaffar Saeed
6. Adam Aljarrary
7. Eldaw Kambal Suliman

The arrests came on the background of wall writings containing slogans against the government just one day before Eid Aladha. Some of these slogans read as follows:

“Get up and Demonstrate against the government of corruption and terrorism”

“Spill blood of security dogs”,

“No to soaring prices”

“Salutation and glory for the September martyrs”.

The NISS officers continued their watch and visits to the house of Ibrahim Ahmed Elne’aima.

Citizens who live with proximity to the NISS offices reported hearing screams coming from within these premises, which are located in the center of the town, indicating that detainees have been tortured. This lead citizens to organize a set-in in front of the headquarters of the NISS demanding the release of the detainees or press accusations against them in a court of law.

Earlier on the vice-president Hassabo Abdelrahman visited Abujbeha and activists resisted his visit with wall writings damning the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and demanding that they be dismantled. This probably explains why the security tightened its fist all over the town with concentration on activists.
