النظام العام بالحاج يوسف يوقف (55) شابا وفتاة بحجة الرقص الفاضح

داهمت قوة من شرطة النظام العام حفل عائلي أقيم بأحد المنازل في منطقة الحاج يوسف الواقعة بمحلية شرق النيل . وألقت القبض علي (55) شاب وشابة بحجة أنهم يرقصون بطريقة فاضحة فأقتادتهم إلى قسم شرطة الحاج يوسف وفتحت النيابة العامة في مواجهتهم بلاغ تحت المادة (77) الإزعاج العام من القانون الجنائي السوداني لعام 1991. وبعد تقديمهم لمحاكمة ألزمتهم محكمة النظام العام بالحاج يوسف بدفع (10) آلاف جنيه لكل منهم أو السجن شهراً في حال عدم دفع الغرامة.

The police raided a private house party at one of the residences in the suburban area of Al-Hajj Yusuf, East Nile. They apprehended the youths under the guise that they were dancing vulgarly and detained them at the local police station. They then filed a case against them under the Chapter 77 of the constitution that is about the disturbance of the public order. After they were taken for trial, it was ruled that each had to pay a fine of ten thousand pounds and if one failed to pay the required sum, they were likely to face up to three months in prison.
