أطباء مستشفى دنقلا يهددون بالإضراب

هدد أطباء مستشفى دنقلا التخصصي بالإضراب والتوقف عن العمل بكل أقسام المستشفى حال لم تستجب إدارة المستشفى بتنفيذ المطالبات التي حوتها مذكرة لهم سلموها لوزير الصحة بالولاية الشمالية عبر المدير الطبي للمستشفى أمس الأول . وطالب الأطباء في مذكرتهم بتشغيل قسم الأشعة المتوقف عن العمل لما يزيد عن (3) أسابيع، وذلك لعدم وجود كوادر أشعة بالمستشفى، وتمسكوا بتوفير عناية مكثفة بالمستشفى لاستقبال الحالات الحرجة التي تحتاج الى تنويم، وشددوا على ضرورة صيانة ميزات الأطباء والطبيبات وتوفير الدعم اللازم لشهر رمضان. وطالب الأطباء بحسب المذكرة بصرف متأخرات حوافز الأطباء النواب وأطباء الامتياز.
ووعد مدير عام المستشفى الإلتزم بحل بعض الإشكالات قبل إنتهاء المهلة المحددة ، بيد أن أطباء المستشفى تمسكوا بتنفيذ كافة المطالبات التي حوتها مذكرتهم وأهملوا إدارة المستشفى أسبوعاً لتنفيذها كاملة دون انتقاص.
Doctors at Dongola hospital threaten to go on strike

Yesterday evening, the doctors at Dongola hospital threatened to stop work in all the sections of the hospital, if the government refused to meet the demands that they presented the Provincial Health minister.
Their demands included; the opening of an Intensive Care Unit at the hospital to handle the delicate cases, the reopening and fully staffing the Radiology section, provision of monthly allowances to all the hospital staff and providing extra assistance to the doctors during the month of Ramadhan. The minister had promised to see to some of their demands but the doctors declined, for they wanted all the demands met or else they would stop working. This would prove dire to the entire province because this is the only specialist hospital.
