منع جهاز الأمن بمحلية الدبة إقامة تأبين للنقابي الراحل حسين شيخ الدين ، المقرر قيامه يوم الجمعة الموافق 22 يونيو 2018 بعد ما أكملت لجنة مختصة ترتيب قيامه . فيما برر عناصر الأمن منعهم قيام التأبين بحجة أنه يعتبر محدد أمنى، ذاكرين أن البلاد تمر بحالة طوارئ! . وقال أحد أعضاء اللجنة "أن الراحل يعد أحد أبرز قيادات نقابة المزارعين ، وظل مدافعا ومنافحا عن حقوق المزارعين وممثلاً لهم في إتحاد عام مزارعي السودان كما كان قياديا في حزب الامة القومى .

National Security Intelligence stops the memorial of Hassan Sheikh Adin

Officers from the National Security Intelligence cancelled the memorial service held for Hassan Sheikh Adin, the former head of the Labors’ and Workers faction. They appeared last minute and stopped the service arguing that the memorial would threaten the already unstable state of emergency.
The deceased was the representative of the Farmers Union in AL-Dabba to the National Farmers’ Association of Sudan as well as one of the leaders of Al-Uma opposition party.
